Fiondal System - Sicep S.p.a.

Variant of the Ondal construction system

It consists of a tile, with a cross-section similar to the ONDAL 100 tile, but with (aconstant section), where the closed heads are replaced by a saddle support that reduces the size of the roof.
Also in this case, it can be used in combination with curved and/or concrete secondary elements or, alternatively, curved insulating metal panels with different characteristics depending on the specific needs of the individual project. The FIONDAL SHED variant has been designed and used for particular projects.

The Fiondal tile (Ondal variant)

It is the main element of the construction system and is produced with H 100 cm for spans up to 30 metres.

Insulation

it can be graduated in order to obtain a value of the overall transmittance of the roof increasing and/or complying with the indications of the Ministerial Decree of 26-06-2015 and subsequent amendments.

Waterproofing

made with aluzinc or aluminium sheets in the concrete solution or with straight or curved panels of different thicknesses according to needs.

Zenith skylights in polycarbonate, shed windows

made with aluzinc or aluminium sheets in the concrete solution or with straight or curved metal panels of different thicknesses according to needs.

The benefits

HIGH STRUCTURAL PERFORMANCE

The Fiondal tile is made of high-strength pre-compressed concrete obtained with constant electronic control systems. Reduced weight. Minimum structural footprint of the roofing. Spans up to 30 m.

HIGH AESTHETIC VALUE

The Fiondal aerofoil connects perfectly to the concrete secondary elements, harmoniously defining the intrados of the roof.

FIRE-RESISTANT

The all-concrete structure guarantees high R (fire resistance) values (120-180).

FLEXIBLE INTERIOR LIGHTING

Zenithal systems and preferably with sheds, of different sizes, guarantee the optimisation of lighting.

HIGH ENERGY PERFORMANCE

The insulation passing on the extrados of the roof can be graduated so as to obtain a value of the overall transmittance of the roof increasing and/or complying with the indications of the Ministerial Decree of 26-06-2015 and subsequent amendments.

GROUND WATER

The system lends itself to being installed flat or on a slight slope to create the so-called “ground water” at the external perimeter of the building.
