Responsible for the Integrated Quality, Safety and Environment Management System and the Laboratory
Description
Sicep SpA, a leading company in the prefabricated construction sector, seeks a technical profile to fill the role of Quality, Safety and Environmental Management System and Laboratory Manager. The role requires in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001, TUS as well as sustainability issues. Prerequisite is a background or experience in concrete construction. Preferential requirement will be experience in the precast concrete industry.
The candidate should have strong communication skills to interface with relevant business functions on a daily basis, great initiative and resourcefulness.
Will report directly to management and the Employer.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain and update the integrated Quality, Safety and Environmental management system;
- Prepare and update company procedures and operating instructions for the integrated management system;
- Supervise the proper application by all functions of company procedures and operating instructions related to management systems;
- Supervise the proper implementation of company Policies and the achievement of objectives in Quality, Safety and Environment;
- Plan and conduct first- and second-party audits in Quality, Safety and Environment;
- Participate in third-party audits;
- Conduct control activities to ensure that all company steps, processes and products achieve the expected standards of quality, safety and environmental compliance;
- Perform analysis and management of product and process Nonconformities, define and monitor the application of Corrective Actions;
- Manage the internal laboratory and relations with external laboratories;
- Drafting Quality and Environmental plans, ensuring that the requirements of principals are incorporated;
- Collection of all corporate sustainability data for the purpose of writing EPDs.
