• The work involved the production of 36,000 concrete segments, equal to 4,000 rings corresponding to a total of 210,000 cubic metres of concrete.
• The tunnel ring has an outer diameter of 14.65 m and an inner diameter of 13.45 m and consists of 8 segments plus a key segment.
• Production was carried out with a specific carousel system consisting of 4 complete sets of formworks distributed along the production line and 2 forced steam curing lines.
• The daily production was 72 segments, 8 complete tunnel rings equal to over 400 m3 of concrete.
• The entire order was carried out in about 30 months.
• This production was carried out with CE marking certified by ICMQ.
